We love PG Premier Martial Arts!! The owner, instructor and manager are all so dedicated to the kids. They go above and beyond teaching the kids valuable lessons, helpful techniques for handling emotions and life situations, great self defense mechanisms, better confidence and self awareness, the list goes on. I have my two boys here for almost a year now, they have gone from looking utterly lost into gaining confidence and strength, remembering numerous combinations, disciplined in showing up and pushing through even when they dont want to, becoming better leaders, and most important, making friends!

My 15 year old wanted to learn self defense so we decided to try Premier Martial Arts a few months ago, and I am so glad we did! My son has gained confidence and gets more exercise, and the teacher is very thorough and also kind and approachable to his students! My son was very nervous about being a beginner, but the culture is friendly and the other students are great!
